Insanaty and anger doesn´t make things right. killing the man won´t bring back the girls, and it won't make you fell better.
he is obviously crazy, and he can't reside in a crowded place. there for clausure is the best anwser, for life since he is uncurable.
I can't agree with death penalty, even if in a angry moment I lose my judgment and want to kill someone.
